Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our KRAFT PRESSURE COOKERS, 3 IN 1 COOKER sets, and Triply Stainless Steel Cookware. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and protective films intact
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- INNER LID accessories (due to direct food contact)
- Opened GLASS containers or used JUGS
